Elm Court was renovated room by room over 14 weeks, with the household living in the home throughout. The work covered demolition, rebuild and finishes: new oak flooring in the living room, a repainted bedroom and a refreshed kitchen. Doing it in stages meant the home stayed usable from start to finish.
