Who I am

Vitalii Kudrych, trading as Vitaliiman Handyman ("I", "me"), a self-employed sole trader based in Clovenstone, Edinburgh, runs this website. You can reach me at vetal1010@gmail.com or 07867 089407.

What I collect

When you send the estimate form I receive the details you type in: name, phone, email, postcode, project description and any photos or plans you attach. I use them only to reply to your request and to prepare a quote.

How the form is processed

The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your submission to me by email. FormSubmit keeps submissions for 30 days. Uploaded files are not kept by FormSubmit.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It counts page views without tracking you across sites.

How long I keep data

I keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and my legal and warranty obligations. Ask me at any time to delete your details.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you. Write to vetal1010@gmail.com.
